In addition to this, the block has direct access to Hout Bay beach, you simply head out the front door, cross the road and you're at the beach. There is also some very lovely a short walk away. There's no real need to drive when you stay at The Village 45. The apartment block has some lovely amenities which include an indoor heated pool, a planted atrium, a laundry area, garage parking, lift access and 24-hour security.
