Villa Number Six is an exquisite luxury villa located on the border of two of Cape Towns favourite relatively wind-free suburbs, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay. The jaw dropping impact of masterful design instantly becomes apparent upon entry through bullet proof security doors. The property drops away to display a 50-metre pool wrapping around the structure and suspended two floors above the ground with magnificent views out to Robben Island and the sensational sunsets that only Cape Town can deliver. The four-level, 1500sqm wonder includes every facility one could desire from: 7 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, 5 outside entertainment areas, multiple entertainment areas, complete gym with suspended dance practice floor, professionally specified nightclub, 3 garages and small enclosed astro-turf. On entering, you will discover that the main stairway is suspended in a steel and glass box over the pool and takes you to the main living level in a foyer with vast triple-volume space to the floating levels of the roof above. Access is also possible in a glass lift which travels further down in an awe-inspiring journey through the pool to the additional living areas, including garden bedroom suites. All bedrooms are en-suite, have king size beds and offer the utmost in luxury furnishings, finishes and comfort. The top level is home to the master suite which is accessed via a concealed panel in the hallway. Once you step through, a deluxe wonderland is revealed. The generous sleeping and living area boasts its own deck, heated pool and fireplace. Designed for the ultimate wardrobe, the 20 meters of cupboard in the walk-in dressing room are lit by a floating roof above. The en-suite bathroom is equally well proportioned with a walk-in rainshower and 5-meter vanity slab On the living level, the generous spaces are encircled by the main pool creating the impression of floating above the surroundings with nothing between you and the uninterrupted Atlantic and the horizon beyond Behind the scenes, a green machine is hard at work collecting water from an underground source as well as rainwater collected off the roof which is subsequently purified utilizing desalination, particle sorters and ultraviolet providing an alternative source of drinkable water.
