Anchor House is a four bedroom en-suite Bantry Bay villa that is set over 3 floors with an additional self-catering flatlet. The design combines industrial elements such as raw steel, timber floors and concrete complimented by colourful curated art pieces and custom designed furniture.
The centrepiece of the home and pièce de résistance is on the second level which hosts the entertainment area where you will find, the pool, garden, braai area and a centralised custom built double volume courtyard with a tree for added privacy.
This whole level has been designed for seamless indoor and outdoor living creating a space of peace and tranquillity capturing the sweeping views across the Atlantic Ocean.
The four bedrooms are located on the top floor offering either sea or courtyard views and a further level above hosts the spacious rooftop entertainment area complete with a sheltered bar and built in seating.
