Newley decorated in luxurious fabrics, the Clifton apartment oozes style and a sense of calm. All three bedrooms have sea views, and are of a good size with plenty of natural light. Two of the bedrooms have televisions. There are 2 full bathrooms in the apartment, as well as one guest loo.
The living is open plan which maximises the view from all angles. The kitchen faces out towards the sea with a convenient breakfast bar, and there is a large dining table to eat decadently infront of the exceptional sunsets. The surround glass windows open fully to really bring the outside in and there is also a nice open balcony for sun bathing or enjoying your morning coffee. Although the apartment flows with a cool sea breeze, there is also air conditioning throughout if you need.
The block has a communal swimming pool, direct access to the beach, parking and 24 hour security. It really is one of a kind with possibly the best views in Cape Town.
