Lounge and all bedrooms fitted with FlatScreen TV incl DSTV and German Television. Underfloor heating in all rooms and Pellet-Burner FirePlace. Dimmable lighting and European Sockets with USB-points at all electric outlets, WLAN. Independent water supply and electricity (solar power). Security Cameras, Alarm System, and direct connection to armed response company. Garage for 2 cars with direct access and 2 additional secure parking on-premises. Custom made windows (security glass) and folding doors (floor to ceiling) create a seamless flow from the dining area onto the pool deck and into the back garden in summer, but a cozy and warm atmosphere in winter with stunning views and beautiful light all year. Large pool deck with wind-shielded sitting area, infinity pool (4×7 meters), and Jacuzzi. Weber Gas Grill and Braai-Area next to the pool deck. The Apartment created in 2017 is a little gem having separate access, a fully equipped kitchen, a small separate terrasse providing additional privacy for 2 persons.
