Fairmont 1001 is a three-bedroom Sea Point holiday apartment is modern and bright, boasting airy open-plan living spaces, three bedrooms and a private patio and barbeque area with unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. On entering the apartment, two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located directly to the left, while the master bedroom and open plan living spaces follow suit. The first two bedrooms have twin beds dressed in crisp linens (the twins combine to form a queen sized bed in 1 of the rooms), ample cupboard space, air-conditioning and share a bathroom with a shower-over-bath while the spacious master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and beautiful en-suite bathroom with twin vanities, bath, walk-in shower and heated towel rails with bath towels provided. The master bedroom enjoys underfloor heating and air-conditioning, access to the private balcony with breath-taking ocean views and a built in safe.
