Llandudno Luxury Beach Villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and enjoy a unique position. Nestled between large granite boulders, both the villa and the cottage provide uninterrupted, panoramic views of the 12 Apostle Mountains, the Atlantic and the white, unspoilt sands of Llandudno beach.
Each property can accommodate up to 6 people. The Villa and Cottage share a gated driveway, offering safe and secure off-street parking, but have their own private entrances and are entirely independent of one another. The two can be rented separately, or all 6 bedrooms combined.

This sprawling villa features 3 ensuite bedrooms each with their own balcony, a formal lounge, 4 dining areas, cosy TV/movie room, a fully equipped kitchen and scullery, as well as a separate laundry room, putting green and a dolphin shaped infinity pool overlooking the sea.
Breathe in the spectacular view over sundowners from the veranda, and, if you’re lucky, watch a pod of dolphin or whale in the bay. This sophisticated home, offers complete privacy and oversized accommodation.
The 3 double bedrooms each have their own ensuite bath or shower room and a private balcony. Fantastic for entertaining, the dining room features a ‘starlit sky’ above the table.
The villa was thoughtfully designed to make the most of the surrounding beauty. Every room faces the ocean and all sea facing walls fold away to create a panoramic view of the bay from any angle.

Llandudno Luxury Beach Cottage
The Cottage sits just underneath the main villa and enjoys the same stunning views over the bay. Featuring 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, 2 dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry, sundeck, BBQ facilities, private swimming pool and direct access to the beach below.
The cottage, the original Beach Villa, is relaxed and cosy. The cottage, accessed by its own funicular lift, is built into the side of Llandudno’s famous granite boulders and the accommodation is spread over different levels. As with the large Villa, the Cottage enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the 12 Apostle mountains, the bay and ocean. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and restore.
Breathe in the spectacular view over sundowners from the veranda, and, if you’re lucky, watch a pod of dolphin in the bay. This peaceful and restorative spot is a 5 minute walk to the beach, accessed by its own private gated path.
