Nirvana House has 5 dedicated bedrooms plus a big playroom (6th) where children can be accommodated on 2 single beds. Spacious Constantia holiday home on one level. On Half an Acre, modern and open plan living, big lawn, pool with child safety pool fence, trampoline, & jungle gym for kids. The living area is open plan and spacious with full DSTV and leads onto the patio next to the pool where you can enjoy a true South African Braai. Inside dining table with 14 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons as is the adjacent laundry/scullery. The owner is a keen cook and you’ll find everything you need in this large open plan kitchen. The kitchen has enough tools & appliances to keep a gourmet happy. Inside table seats 10 comfortably, the outside one seats 16.
For entertainment, there is a games room also leading to the pool complete with pool table & darts. This large holiday home in Constantia has uncapped WiFi and DSTV. There is a double garage plus off-street parking for more cars behind the remote control gates.
The double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and interleading large playroom with DSTV is situated to one side of the house and is perfect for two adults and two kids (i.e one family). Bedroom 2 with queen bed has a full bathroom across the passage while bedroom 3 also with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom has a small lounge area which could also sleep, one child. The fifth bedroom with ensuite bathroom and bunk beds is to the side of the home. There are also various additional spaces for cots as this is a large home. And it can even sleep more people than 12 but we don’t encourage it. The main bedroom leading to the pool area en-suite has an adjacent room that will be ideal for small children wanting to be close to their parents. A single bed or cot can be arranged for the room.
This ideal position for a holiday house in a quiet cul-de-sac, near the famous Constantia wine route, the Hout Bay or False Bay beaches and a short stroll to Constantia Village where you will be able to buy all food supplies and much more. There is also a large park in the road with jungle gym for kids. You’ll enjoy the large enclosed garden, the fenced pool, the games room, and the various suites with clusters of rooms located away from each other making it ideal for a large family or families who want to spend their holiday together.
