Spacious, modern, light & airy three bedroomed home in quiet Hout Bay neighbourhood with views, views and views. A scenic pool and an expansive wooden deck for sundowners and braai (BBQ) watching awesome African sunsets. Half an hour from Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront but only minutes away from forests for walks & hikes, the vineyards and restaurants of Constantia and the pristine Llandudno beach and Hout Bay village with its popular Harbour Market.
When you walk in you relax immediately. Light, spacious and stylish with everything you could possibly need on hand. Three bedrooms - the main bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom with large bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double/queen bed and the second bathroom has bath and shower. All three bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
The large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen lead through large glass doors to a covered patio that in turn leads on to the pool and deck with an outside 6 seater table to have your meals al fresco. The kitchen has everything you could need including a double door fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, 5 plate gas hob and electric oven, microwave and Le Creuset pots as well as fibre internet, a large smart TV with Netflix and a glass fronted fireplace for colder nights.
There is off street parking available for one car.
Car hire is recommended as there are no public transport stops nearby.
Uber or Taxis are also an option.
